Maternity Suites

Our maternity suites offer private accommodation with large windows providing natural light and sweeping view of the Illawarra coast and escarpment. All rooms have ensuite facilities, wi-fi, television and telephones.

Overnight Nursery

Wollongong Private Hospital offers an overnight nursery to cater for the individual needs of mother, partner and baby.

We strongly encourage babies room with their mothers to help support successful breastfeeding and bonding but also recognise a quiet moment can make a world of difference to new mums.

The nursery is typically available from approximately 11:30pm and closes before 6am. There is a limit on the number of babies in the nursery at any one time and it is expected that the babies will return to their mother for feeding. Please note, for safety reasons this service may not be available every evening. Please check with your midwife if the nursery is open.
