Dr Tiwari manages all aspects of gastrointestinal disorders, including reflux, dysphagia, and the assessment of gastrointestinal bleeding, including positive FOBT and iron deficiency anaemia, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and bowel cancer surveillance

Dr Neha Tiwari is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist. She completed her physician training and gastroenterology training at Concord Hospital and Nepean Hospital. Following this, she went on to complete a fellowship in hepatology at Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. After obtaining her FRACP in 2021, she embarked on an overseas fellowship at the world-renowned Toronto General Hospital, Canada, specialising in advanced hepatology (portal hypertension) under the supervision of Dr Florence Wong.

Dr Tiwari manages all aspects of gastrointestinal disorders, including reflux, dysphagia, and the assessment of gastrointestinal bleeding, including positive FOBT and iron deficiency anaemia, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and bowel cancer surveillance. She has an interest in liver disease.

Dr Tiwari performs procedures at Wollongong Private and Wollongong Hospital.

Liver disease, including alcohol and metabolic-associated fatty liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, viral hepatitis (hepatitis B and C), complications of liver cirrhosis, and liver cancer prevention and treatment.
